Rick Clark obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in 1981 and an Associate of Science Degree in August 1983 from Prestonsburg Community College in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He then received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in December 1983 from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He further obtained a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University College of Law in Ada, Ohio in 1988.

After graduating, Mr. Clark worked in a law firm in his hometown of Pikeville, Kentucky. In 1991, he and his wife decided to make their home in central Mississippi where he takes pride in assisting people in their time of need. He enjoys the challenge of studying and researching a person's medical condition and medical records. He then takes the medical information and applies his knowledge and experience of Social Security law to prove his client's disability.

Mr. Clark has been a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives since 1997. He has been a member of the Forest Rotary Club where he held the position of President and EMLS Board of Directors. While living in Forest, he served as a deacon at Forest Baptist Church. He, his wife, and two sons now make their home in Brandon where they are members of Pinelake Church of Brandon. Mr. Clark has been a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the United States District Court - Northern District of Mississippi, the United States District Court - Southern District of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals since 1991. He is a member of the Scott County Bar Association where he has served as a past president and vice-president. Mr. Clark is also a past board member of the Forest Chamber of Commerce.

Most attorneys practice in various areas of law, but Mr. Clark's is focused on Social Security Disability representation. He enjoys reporting a successful outcome to his clients individually. He has been quoted to say, "Social Security... it's what I do."

Gomillion who obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in 1996 from East Central Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Missisissippi State University in 1999 graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, TX in 2002. He became a member of the Mississippi Bar Association in 2005 and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Mississippi and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
